Well ... it's that time again. I'm officially 35 weeks & couple of days. We have a little less than 5 weeks till my due date. The braxton hicks contractions have gotten worse. I have them more at night & in the early morning then anytime. Today, they have been much worse than they have been. I've had some other symptoms of labor too, but I wont post those for the world to see.
We had a midwife appt last Tuesday, and things were great. I've gained about 20 pounds all together, which they are happy with because I lost so much weight in the 1st trimester from being so sick. They checked for Sarah's heartbeat, and it was great. She doesn't like to be poked & prodded though. She always kicks at them. My stubborn little girl, just like her daddy!
Sarah's room is officially ready. We have our last baby shower this coming Saturday, and we are very excited for it! Next Tuesday (31st) we have a midwife appt & a ultrasound appt too. I can't wait to see how big she's gotten! I know she must be pretty long, just because of the way she sits in my belly!
Kyle has been nesting today, he mopped all the floors. I think he is really ready for her to be here! He talks to Sarah in my belly all the time. I know he's going to be the most amazing daddy, I hope that I'm half as good of a mommy as he is a daddy!
